When the season starts
The phone doesn't stop all week
Send customers the link to your booking page. They only see free times and pick one themselves, even in the evening when the shop is closed.
A tyre change takes half an hour, and the day is packed
Offer times every 15 or 30 minutes, and give each service its own duration. Changes, balancing and puncture repairs fit neatly one after another.
Five cars outside the door at the same time
Allow more than one car at a time and set how many fit per bay. Online booking then takes exactly that many cars for the same time, and not one more.
“Which tyres went on that car?”
Every car has its plate and its job history. Type “AB12 CDE” or “ab12cde” and you see the customer, the car and the work done straight away.

Online booking
A public page with your services, opening hours and free times. You choose: bookings confirm automatically, or they wait for you to confirm.
Morning drop-offs
Customers leave their cars at 8 and you get to them during the day? Allow several cars at the same time and they line up side by side on a lift. For online bookings you can set how many cars a time can take.
No double bookings
LiftSlot suggests the first free times and picks a free lift. By default, the same lift or mechanic never gets two jobs at once, unless you allow several cars at the same time.
Quick search
Type a name, phone number or plate. Spaces, dashes and capital letters don't matter.
Customers and cars
Every customer and every car has its history: service, price, mileage and a note on the work done.
Message the customer in one tap
“Your car's ready” or “Your booking's confirmed” is already written. Send it with WhatsApp or SMS, or copy it into Viber.

Questions from tyre shops
How short can the slots be?
Free times are offered every 15, 30 or 60 minutes, whichever you choose in Settings. You set each service's duration yourself, and add a buffer if you need time between cars.
Can I take more than one car at the same time?
Yes. Turn on “Allow more than one car at a time”, and for online booking set how many cars fit on each bay at once.
Can I keep track of stored tyres?
There's no separate tyre-storage list. You can note where a customer's tyres are on the customer, and see past tyre changes on each car.
Does it remind customers it's time to change tyres?
Not on its own. You message them with “Message customer”, where the text is already written, and send it by WhatsApp, Viber or SMS.
How do customers find my booking page?
Put the link on your Google profile or Facebook, or send it in a message. Customers don't need an account: they pick a service and a time, then leave a name and phone number.
Who's behind LiftSlot
There's no big company behind LiftSlot, just me: Dominik, a tradesman with my own workshop in Kaštela, Croatia. I use it in my own workshop, so I'm the first to feel every bug.
